The Howell Public Schools Board of Education is taking one more step before it will decide whether or not to release an investigation into alleged sexual harassment by former board member Robert Parker.
After a contentious court hearing on Monday, a 46-year-old Roscommon man was sentenced to serve 20 to 40 years in prison. Chief 46th Trial Court Judge Janet M. Allen sentenced Avery Robert Parker to serve 20 to 40 years in prison for first-degree criminal sexual conduct.
